Opportunities in AgentBase represent potential candidates at various stages of the hiring pipeline.
They reflect candidates or prospects who have shown interest in a position and are ready to move forward toward becoming a successful hire.
Understanding Opportunity Statuses:
Open
Opportunities with the "Open" status are actively being pursued and are still in progress.
These opportunities represent potential candidates that have not yet been won, lost, or abandoned and are still viable for conversion.
Won:
The "Won" status indicates that the opportunity has been successfully converted into a hire.
This status is applied when the candidate has taken the final interview and moved to hired.
Lost:
Opportunities with the "Lost" status represent candidates that have been unsuccessfully concluded.
This status is applied when the lead decides not to move forward with the hiring process after the final interview.
Abandoned:
The "Abandoned" status indicates that the opportunity has been neglected or disregarded, either by the candidate or by the hiring team.
This status is applied when there is no further action or follow-up planned for the opportunity, and it is effectively removed from active consideration.
The"Abandoned" status is added to the candidates with no response for 10 days or more, to keep your pipelines clean and organized with fresh opportunities.

Final Interview Pipeline (candidate at any stage) > 10 Days no activity > Mark as Abandoned > Removed from pipeline
Note: These candidates are not deleted from your account, the status just changes to abandoned so your pipeline view within open can work with fresh active opportunities.
The default setting/ view within the pipelines is usually marked to view open statuses, if you would like to see all of your candidates simply remove the status filter.
