In AgentBase, phone and email usage is an integral part of your account, and it's important to grasp the associated costs. Important: Many AgentBase workflows, such as RMS Step 1, automatically send texts or emails on your behalf. i.e. reminder texts for meetings, outreach texts for RMS, etc. Please be aware that there are usage costs associated with these workflows!
Usage Costs for Phone:
1. Making Calls - $0.0321/min: When you initiate outbound calls from your AgentBase phone number, you will be charged at a rate of $0.0321 per minute.
2. Receiving Calls - $0.0195/min: For inbound calls received through your AgentBase phone number, the cost is $0.0195 per minute.
3. Text Messages - $0.0181/segment: Sending text messages through AgentBase costs $0.0181 per message segment. (A text segment is a total of 160 characters)
β4. Phone Number Rental - $2 to $3/month: Additionally, please note that each phone number associated with your account incurs a monthly rental fee ranging from $2 to $3, depending on the location.
For example, if you spend $10 on phone usage, you'll get:
- 310 minutes for making calls.
- 515 minutes for receiving calls.
- 550 text message segments.
Usage Costs for Email:
- Per Email - $0.0002/email: Each email sent through AgentBase is charged at a rate of $0.0002 per email.
For example, if you allocate $10 for email usage, you can send approximately 50000 emails.
How Usage Works:
Your AgentBase account operates on a wallet-based system to manage usage costs efficiently:
1. Wallet and Credits: Your account is linked to a wallet within the company billing section. Credits are added to this wallet to cover the costs of phone and email usage.
2. Expenditure: Every time you make a call, receive a call, send and receive a text message, or send an email, the respective usage cost is deducted from your wallet. You can view these detailed transactions in your billing.
3. Replenishment: To ensure uninterrupted communication, your wallet is automatically replenished to a predefined threshold when it falls below a predefined threshold. You can set these thresholds according to your preferences.
