Updated over 10 months ago

Watch the video above for step by step instructions on how to import your RMS contacts to AgentBase!

Who is this for?

RMS stands for "resume messaging service", so if you are someone who is getting lists of resumes from your upline, job board, or a vendor, this is for you. This is workflow is for cold contacts (cold resumes) who have never applied for a job with you. If you only have job board applicants, head back to the Importing Job Applicants lesson.

How does importing RMS contacts to AgentBase help?

We help save you time and increase your results. Our workflow is designed to drive contacts to the branded application page that comes with your AgentBase account so they can read all about your opportunity before making an informed decision about whether or not they wish to apply. If they do apply, our automations will invite them to schedule their webinar and continue nurturing them through the recruitment process.

TIP: There are 2 different ways to add your RMS lists to the workflow:

  1. All at once - this is recommended for small lists

  2. Dripped into the workflow over time - this is recommended for large lists

Adding your RMS list to the workflow all at once, can make conversation management overwhelming. Consider following the stepsinthis articleif you have a large list of contacts, and you want to drip them into the workflow over time.

What does the AgentBase RMS Workflow do?

We built a powerful workflow that was designed to automatically accomplish the following:

  1. Reach out to all your contacts via SMS & Email and encourage them to view your application page and apply

  2. Track everyone who is engaging with your automations so you can start identifying warm contacts vs cold ones

  3. Follow up with anyone who applied for the position and 1 hour later, automatically invite them to schedule the webinar!
