How to Duplicate an Existing Calendar

Thanks to the effortless duplication feature, creating a new calendar in AgentBase is a snap! Whether you need to set up a schedule for a new user or a team member, you can save time and effort by leveraging an existing calendar as a starting point.

In this example, we'll walk you through the simple process of duplicating a final interview calendar. Imagine you've already crafted the perfect schedule with time slots, duration, and other essential details. You can easily replicate that calendar for your new team member, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

With just a few clicks, you'll have a brand new calendar ready to go. AgentBase takes care of the heavy lifting, copying over all the relevant settings and configurations from your existing calendar. This means you can focus on what matters most: getting your new user or team member up and running quickly.

Step 1: Accessing your Interview Calendar to Duplicate

To access your calendars, click on Calendars and then Calendar Settings in the top tab. Navigate to the Schedule an Interview Calendar and click the three dots under the Action drop-down menu.

Step 2: Duplicate your Calendar in Action Dropdown

Next to the calendar you are duplicating, under the Action Dropdown, click on Duplicate.

Step 3: Confirm by Clicking Duplicate

Step 4: Viewing Your New Duplicated Calendar

Your new duplicated calendar will open. It will open in the tab "Meeting Details". Give your Calendar a name. Example: Final Interview w/ Dan.

Step 5: Configure Your New Duplicated Calendar

Click the link below to fully configure and set up your newly created final interview calendar
